Tawaab 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Return Conditions
We can only accept returns that meet all the following conditions:
- Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Original Hangtag Attached: The original hangtag must remain attached.
- Non-Customized: Customized or altered items cannot be returned.
- Odor-Free: Items must be free from perfume, smoke, or body odors.
- Complete Package: Returns must include the original packaging, accessories, and any free gifts received.
- Within 14 Days: Returns must be initiated and completed within the 14-day period.
- Not Final Sale: Items sold as final sale or marked non-returnable are ineligible.
- Correct Item: Only items that match your original order are eligible.
- Normal Wear: Items must not show signs of excessive wear or damage.
- Complete Documentation: Include a completed return form and proof of purchase.
- Proper Use: Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper care voids return eligibility.
- Bundle Purchases: If part of a bundle is returned, the remaining item(s) revert to their regular price.
Important Reminder
Please inspect your purchase carefully for any defects or stains before removing the hangtag.
Once the hangtag is removed, claims cannot be accepted.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
- Email info@tawaab.co.uk with your return request and order details.
- After approval, we’ll send you the return instructions and shipping address.
- Your return must reach us within 14 days of approval.
- Once shipped, email your tracking code to info@tawaab.co.uk.
Note: We do not accept returns delivered to pickup points.
Customs fees (international orders):
When shipping internationally, Tawaab covers customs fees on delivery. However, for returns, any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. You may either pay the fees when shipping your return, or we can cover them and deduct the amount from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Our goal is to complete all refunds within 14 days after inspection.

Issues or Damaged Items
Please check your order immediately upon arrival.
If you discover any issues or defects, contact info@tawaab.co.uk right away so we can assist promptly.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or product, the fastest way is to place a new order and return your original item following our standard return process.
